On the edge of the Bruadan forest, in the heart of the Sologne des étangs and a stone's throw from the Loire castles, the Métairie can accommodate up to 15 people.

The house has four double rooms and a 7-bed dormitory.

For the tranquility and well-being of parents and children, the house has 3 living rooms:
- a large living room with fireplace (main room),
- a TV lounge,
- a games/video room upstairs.

The house has a private outdoor swimming pool, open and heated from May to the end of September (weather conditions permitting).
It also has an outdoor spa heated to 37°.

The house has its independent entrance (digicode) and its private park (4000 m2).

Easy to access, the cottage is 2 hours from Paris.

Close to the castles of the Loire (30 minutes from Chambord and Cheverny / 45 minutes from Blois) and the ZooParc de Beauval (45 minutes), the privileged location of the cottage will allow you to combine relaxation, nature and cultural activities. You will enjoy the calm of the forest, while being a stone's throw from exceptional tourist places.
The cottage is 3 km from Millançay (bakery, supermarket, restaurant and tobacconist) and 12 km from Romorantin-Lanthenay where all shops and services can be found.
